I need to submit my personal data in order to purchase, is it safe?

At Ladies Palace, we request only the necessary information for processing. We will definitely not sell, rent, trades our mailing list of our shoppers. All data will be kept under Private And Confidential.

What is Re-Stocking?

Re-stocking & pre-order is the same meaning.
This means that the seller does not have the existing stock on hand. Seller will send the orders to the factory to manufacture. It may take up to 20 working days to complete the garment.

When can i receive my items after payment?

You will need to wait for the spree to close when they meet the required minimum no. of orders. Once the spree is closed, orders will send to the seller immediately. This will then depends on how fast the seller's respond and whether any re-stocking is required.

Can I exchange the item if the size do not fit or the colours are not as what I thought of?

We do not entertain exchanges of any sort as we checked through the clothing carefully before mailing them out. So please check the measurements carefully before purchase. Also do take note that slight differences in the colours may occur die to lighting issues. Accessories that come with the clothing are complimentary and are not included in the prices of the products. Exchanges are not allowed if the colours of these accessories are different from the shown pictures.

Do you do delivery to other countries?

Yes, we do supply to other countries. Postage will be charged accordingly.

Are we able to cancel any order?

No, we'll not accept any cancellation once the order is confirmed and payment is made.

If items are out of stock, will refund be made?

Yes, pls rest assure that we will definately made a refund to you if item are out of stock or discontinued.

Will the colours in the picture different from the original received?

Slight colours change may occur due to different computer screens/medias. We guaranteed that the products are 80-90% similar to the pictures shown.

Where can we refer to the size chart to know if the size fit us?

Most of the website do indicate their size chart so do read carefully before placing your order.
